What we do with your details.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• On a quote request: the vehicle and what you want done to it
• On an academy application: your experience level and what you want from the course
• Anything else you choose to write in the message box

We do not ask for payment details, government identification, or date of birth through this website, and you should not send them.

Why we have it

To reply to you, prepare an estimate, or assess an academy application. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are stored in our account there. Submissions are also emailed to the shop so we can reply to you. They are not passed to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and applications for two years, so the history is there if you come back to us, and delete them after that.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file. We do not currently run any analytics on this site.

Asking us to delete it

Email or call and ask. We will delete what we hold about you unless we are required to keep a record of a transaction.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes deserve more than a quiet edit.
